I bought this as a replacement for another hob which was perfectly good but the corner got chipped when something fell out of a cupboard, then the kitchen ceiling collapsed and smashed the hob completely so I thought a replacement with the stainless steel edges made more sense. It was delivered in super quick time, before the date of the earliest delivery, but the eejit from Yodel who delivered it to my house left it outside my back door, where it sat in the rain for 4 days until I went out of that door and found it. He was supposed to obtain a signature for it. I contacted the seller because the hob was wet when I opened the package; he was very helpful and said to leave it in a warm room for a few days but that if the hob did not work properly when fitted, they would replace it. Excellent. I have now had the hob fitted and it seems OK. I am not too keen on the touch controls but some people like them, so it is a matter of personal choice. The hob looks nice, the electrician found it very easy to fit and as long as it keeps working and is reliable, I will be very happy with it. It looke well made. I looked at this model on several sites and this one was a very good price.
