Consistency of heating is quite poor as dishes sometimes come out partly burned around the edges and i don't believe that two chambers are properly isolated. The biggest problem with the oven though is cleaning. The steam clean is a joke as it doesn't do anything at all and you need to scrub it hard to get the grease out. The grill is too close to the top chamber, it's not removable and there is no cover you can put while it's not in use. As a result you can spend half a day trying to get the grease out behind the grill.
