Having owned this machine for 30 months it broke down. It turned out it had been manufactured incorrectly leaving a seal in the drying system trapped which disintegrated and the heat that escaped had damaged the inside of the machine melting plastic parts and causing a wire to become brittle and shear off.LG refused to help as the product was "out of warranty" leaving me with a large repair bill.Not what I'd expect from a "premium" product and not the kind of service I'd expect from a "premium" company.I won't be buying LG again - I'll be spending a third of the price on a machine which will last just as long if not longer.
